Are there any upfront costs?
No. You only have to pay your monthly subscription for your website's development to begin.
How much is a website?
$200 per month. This includes everything from creating the website, server hosting, security, and unlimited small changes to your site.
How do I request changes?
If you want to change anything on your site, just send us an email or text and we'll add it to our schedule.
How many changes can I make?
You can make an unlimited amount of small changes.
Can I have an email with my website name?
Yes, we can set this up for you. It will be an additional monthly charge as it requires paid third-party services.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. There are no contracts, obligations, or hidden fees. When you decide that you no longer want your website, you can just stop paying.
What if I miss or am late on a payment?
Invoices are due within 14 days. Starting on day 14, we will try to reach out to collect payment. If an invoice goes unpaid for 28 days, your website hosting will be paused until payment is received with a $25 reactivation fee.
How do payments work?
Invoices are sent monthly via Stripe. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is a third-party payment processor. It allows you to pay with a variety of methods such as PayPal, credit card, etc.
